These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of this website. By placing an order on Pagheera, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Pagheera offers apparel and related products with printed designs. Products are produced on demand through external production and fulfillment partners.

Product images and mockups are digital previews. Slight differences in color, placement, size, texture or print appearance may occur in the final physical product.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation. Pagheera reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, technical issue, payment problem or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping

Products are produced individually after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production, fulfillment and shipping providers.

Pagheera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing, incorrect delivery addresses or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because products are produced on demand, returns for size selection, buyer preference, change of mind or similar reasons are generally not accepted.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at info@pagheera.com with your order information and photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct product, size, color and shipping address before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts, brand elements and website content belong to Pagheera or its respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Liability

Pagheera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Pagheera may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase applies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
